    Not yet. A knock to the head can damage healing grafts. Football heading, martial arts, boxing and rugby wait.

  2. Days 42–89Careful

    Training without head contact is often OK. Ask your clinic before sparring or heading a ball.

  3. From day 90Yes

    Usually fine now. Head protection where your sport uses it.
