   Keep your head dry today. A body wash at the sink is a safer bet.

2. Days 1–13Careful

   Body: yes, with your head kept out of the spray. Head: only the gentle wash routine with lukewarm water and a cup or very low pressure, no strong jet on the grafts. Your clinic's own advice comes first.

3. From day 14Yes

   Usually fine now. Lukewarm water and normal pressure; avoid very hot water on the grafted area for a while.
