These terms apply when you use the GraftKeeper app or website. By using them you agree to these terms.
What GraftKeeper is
GraftKeeper is a recovery organizer and educational tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not replace your surgeon, clinic or doctor. Read the medical disclaimer.
Your account and device
You can use most features without an account. You are responsible for your device, your passphrase and your recovery key. We cannot recover an encrypted backup without them.
Subscriptions
GraftKeeper Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store or Google Play (39.99 USD a year with a 7-day free trial, or 7.99 USD a month; local prices may differ). Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.
Safety features (red-flag checks, escalation and reminders) are always free.
Clinic links and sharing
A clinic code loads a clinic's general aftercare protocol and contact details. The clinic is responsible for its content and its care. Sharing with a clinic only happens when you choose, and you can revoke it at any time. We do not rank or recommend clinics.
Community
Be kind and truthful. No links, phone numbers, clinic advertising, or photos showing faces. We may hold, remove or restrict content and accounts that break these rules. You can report and block other members.
Proof vault
Time-stamps show that a file's fingerprint existed at a given time, issued by an independent authority. We do not guarantee how any court, insurer or clinic will treat them.
Liability
We provide GraftKeeper with care but without warranties about outcomes. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the app's content. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
