Your clinic comes first
Every recovery is different. Where your surgeon's or clinic's instructions differ from anything in GraftKeeper, follow your clinic. Ask them before changing any medication.
Red-flag checks
The red-flag checks ask a few questions and point you to the right person: your clinic, a local doctor, or emergency services. They never tell you that everything is fine. If you are worried, contact a professional whatever the app says.
Medical content and review
Timeline, "Can I…?" and medication texts are written from published sources, which are listed with each item. Each item is reviewed by a licensed hair surgeon; until then it carries the line "Not yet reviewed by a doctor — verify with your clinic."
Emergencies
If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, heavy bleeding that won't stop, a high fever, confusion or swelling of the face or throat, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU and Türkiye, 999 in the UK, 911 in the US) now.
